About the role
91proÊÓÆµ are seeking an experienced IB Business Management Teacher to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and learning within the IB Diploma Programme (DP) in Business Studies.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
- Foster learning and critical thinking, aligned with IB Learner Profile attributes
- Develop and administer assessments according to IB standards
- Support students’ personal, social, and academic development
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary learning opportunities
- Contribute to the wider school community
The ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant subject area (Business, Commerce, or related field)
- Teaching accreditation/registration in NSW (NESA)
- Teaching experience in the IB is mandatory
- Economics or English as second subject would be an advantage
- Experience in an International School environment would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills, multi-tasking and time management
- Ability to work as a part of a team and an interest in participating in the wider school community
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
